Privacy Agreement

This Privacy Agreement constitutes an agreement between you, the website user and Engaged CFT Corporation regarding your access and use of www.engagedcft.ca, www.engagedtrainingsolutions.ca and www.trainingbyheart.ca ; your subscription to the “registrants only” part of the website and all other activities and transactions conducted through the website portal.

Engaged CFT Corporation may collect personal and corporate information about you and your company through the website in order to process your access to products and services. Information may include but is not limited to company name, contact name, address, email address, phone number.
Except where permitted by law, the purpose for collecting personal and corporate information is for the sole objective of purchasing and administration of products and services. At no time will information be shared, sold, disclosed to any other organization for any purpose.

You hereby acknowledge that no web site or Internet connection is completely secured. Engaged CFT Corporation will take all reasonable steps to keep personal and corporate information secure. Email privacy cannot be assured or guaranteed and are sent at your own risk. Engaged CFT Corporation will not guarantee or assure privacy of any email use and cannot assume any responsibility for harm or damages that occur or that are experienced through the use of email by you or Engaged CFT Corporation when replying to your email. Personal and corporate information shall be protected by safeguards that are required by law and that are in accordance with generally accepted industry practices.

Engaged CFT Corporation shall review the Privacy Agreement annually to ensure that the collection, storage, use, disclosure and disposal of personal and corporate information are carried out in the manner required by law. Engaged CFT Corporation reserves the right to change the Privacy Agreement at any time. You will be notified of the changed to the Privacy Agreement and You will be required to review and accept the new Privacy Agreement in order to be granted continued access to and use of the website portal after such amendments have been posted.

Inquiries regarding the collection, retention and use of personal and corporate information in accordance with the Privacy Agreement must be directed to cmcmaster@engagedcft.ca.

You agree with all the terms of the Privacy Agreement and intend to be legally bound by them by accessing and using the website portal. If you do not agree with the terms of the Privacy Agreement, please exit the portal now.
